To expand our team, we are looking for a Sales Specialist either Croatian or Polish speaking in Gdansk (Poland) or working remotely from Poland starting immediately.
Your Role in our team

No cold calling! You advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline.

You discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies.

You independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact throughout their assignment.

You maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist.

You provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers.

You collaborate closely with our international teams.

To continuously improve internal processes and customer experience, you provide constructive feedback based on your experiences.
Qualifications

You have initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care.

You enjoy making phone calls, and with your friendly demeanor, you easily convince caregivers to join marta.

You are known for your personable, open, and communicative personality.

You have a winnerβs mentality: You are ready to learn quickly, push things forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team.

You speak either Croatian or Polish fluently (C2) and either good English or German (>B2).

Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional advantage.
