[Hiring] Sales Solution Engineer @EverCommerce

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Solution Engineer to focus on our Bold Group Software Products .

Bold Group supplies vertically related software solutions for the Physical Security space. In the Alarm Management area, we lead the industry with our Stages and Manitou central station software. For security dealers, SedonaOffice and Managely are trusted business management solutions for Installers and Integrators.

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Sales/Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team in selling business management software solutions to companies in the physical security industry, including:

• Alarm dealers
• Integrators
• Fire/life safety companies
• Monitoring providers
• Locksmiths
• Low-voltage contractors

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys technology, problem-solving, customer interaction, and helping businesses improve operations through software. You will work closely with Account Executives, Product Teams, and prospective customers to demonstrate how our platform helps manage:

• Sales
• Service
• Installation
• Billing
• Inventory
• Projects
• Recurring revenue
• Customer operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales representatives throughout the sales cycle.
• Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs, workflows, and business challenges.
• Help qualify opportunities by identifying operational pain points and software fit.
• Assist with proposals, solution summaries, and follow-up materials.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to security dealers, integrators, and service companies.
• Show workflows such as CRM, dispatching, recurring billing, service management, inspections, inventory, technician scheduling, and reporting.
• Configure demo environments based on prospect use cases.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, SaaS, customer-facing technology, operations, or technical support roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business management experience and familiarity with business management software is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, operations leaders, and sales teams.
• Ability to learn software platforms quickly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable.
• Interest in technology and business process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
• This role may require occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations within the United States.

Compensation

The on-target earnings compensation (base + commissions) for this position is $114,000 to $120,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
