Role Description

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place β€” bringing clarity and control to company expenses.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive growth in the US market. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with a hunger for results, a natural ability to connect with buyers, and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving sales environment.

  • Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound opportunities in the US market
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing
  • Conduct tailored product demos for financial and technical buyers
  • Clearly articulate Spendbase's value proposition to IT, finance, and procurement stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a structured, healthy pipeline with consistent follow-ups
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Native English speaker with a strong understanding of the US market
  • Strong discovery, communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical product concepts

Requirements

  • Experience selling fintech or financial SaaS solutions (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with the US mid-market or SMB buyer landscape (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with modern sales tools and CRM systems (nice-to-have)
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder deal cycles (nice-to-have)
