[Hiring] Sales Representative Orthopedic - Spine @Medtronic

Role Description

In this role as a spine sales representative, you will be responsible to sell, promote and give technical support for all range of spine, robotic, and some cranial products. You will work with the OR team, nurses, surgeon's technicians, purchasing department, customer care, and supply chain. You will need to be professional, service-oriented, multi-tasking, creative, dynamic, and a team player. In your daily job, you will need to be available during all hours.

• Provide clinical/technical support for all product portfolio for all customers.
• Achieve Annual Operating Plan, increase market share and market penetration in your territory, and identify new opportunities to increase market share.
• Coordinate offers and tenders.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage logistic challenges of back orders, sets, and consignment.
• Work closely with customer care for orders, sales follow-up, and forecast.
• Provide clinical training for medical teams (physicians, nurses, and technicians).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years' experience in sales positions or in team's training or clinical support.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Israel.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Familiar with aspects of the medical world.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
