Role Description

Monarch Transport Group is looking for highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our remote sales team. We specialize in transportation and logistics services throughout the United States, helping customers arrange the transportation of vehicles across the country. This is a high-activity sales role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, following up aggressively, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

You will receive guaranteed hourly compensation plus uncapped commission, giving strong performers the opportunity to substantially increase their income based on results.

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will:

• Speak with customers throughout the United States who need vehicle transportation services.
• Contact new sales leads quickly.
• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
• Explain our transportation services and pricing.
• Build trust and establish relationships with customers.
• Overcome sales objections.
• Negotiate and close transportation orders.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain urgency throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Very strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking professionally with customers in the United States.
• Previous sales, telesales, call center, customer service, or business development experience.
• Confident making outbound calls.
• Persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Can handle rejection and continue following up.
• Competitive, motivated, and financially driven.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer opportunities.
• Can work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Can commit to a minimum full-time 40-hour workweek.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
