[Hiring] Sales Representative @CommIT

Role Description

We're hiring a Sales Representative to drive new business across priority African and European gambling/gaming operator markets. You'll own the full sales cycle — from market scanning and lead identification through qualification, negotiation, and contract signature — then hand off cleanly into our 25-day client onboarding process.

• Learn the company platform, its business units and core iGaming terminology well enough to run credible discovery calls and demos.
• Scan and score countries and individual operators for market potential and licensing readiness.
• Build and work a structured outreach pipeline from the operator database.
• Run qualification → demo → proposal → negotiation → contract to signature.
• Understand the licensing/regulatory path well enough to set realistic client timelines.
• Hand off signed clients cleanly into the onboarding team.
• Report pipeline status, activity and forecast on a weekly/monthly cadence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B sales with full-cycle ownership and an independently hit quota.
• iGaming, betting or SaaS platform sales background.
• Data-driven prospecting — market/country scanning, disciplined CRM hygiene.
• Negotiation and closing to contract signature.
• Working knowledge of gambling/gaming licensing and regulatory processes per market (or proven fast learning of a regulated domain).
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Comfortable with international travel and fully remote client relationships.
• Self-directed and resilient in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

• Existing relationships with gaming/betting operators, affiliates or regulators in African or European markets.
• Prior experience selling into emerging markets.
• Additional languages: French, Portuguese, Arabic.
