Role Description

A medical device company is hiring a Clinical Sales Representative to cover the Netherlands and the Flemish region of Belgium. This is a fully remote field-based role ideal for candidates located in central or southern Netherlands or in Limburg, Antwerp, or Leuven.

• Providing clinical expertise and support to drive sales across the Benelux region
• Demonstrating how infusion products fit into clinical practices and settings
• Building and managing a Key Opinion Leader network across Oncology, Anesthesia, and Intensive Care
• Developing relationships with decision makers and influencers within hospitals
• Monitoring competitor activity to support the sales team
• Collaborating with European and international colleagues on regional programs

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or equivalent clinical experience
• Commercial experience in medical devices, ideally with infusion pumps or patient care equipment
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills

Requirements

• Clinically strong “farmer” profile with motivation to move into or remain in a commercial role
• Experience in an ICU or similarly high-acuity hospital environment
• Familiarity with multiple device brands and experience in testing or trialling new technologies
• First commercial experience as an application specialist or product specialist at a medtech company is a strong plus
• Clear motivation to be in sales and accept the commercial aspects of the job
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree expected
• Experience with infusion pumps and/or ICU work is considered a significant plus
• Ability to develop assertiveness and handle tough discussions
