Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Remote Sales Manager will:

• Meet virtually with potential clients
• Educate clients on various plans
• Answer questions and process documentation to close sales
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Develop lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in customer service and/or sales a definite asset

Requirements

• Presenting and explaining a suite of products and benefits packages over Zoom to warm lead clients
• Engage families to explain options to protect the family in the future
• Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress
• Complete the program sales applications
• No cold calling, prospecting, or paying for leads
• Actively recruit, mentor, train your team
• Attend ongoing training sessions to improve throughout your career
