This is a remote sales representative role built for a high-performing, consultative closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will conduct 1:1 virtual sales calls with prospective clients, uncover their goals, and recommend the right tutoring solution.

Most deals close in a single call, with occasional follow-up required.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-ticket environment.

Strong closing ability with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

Confidence and presence in virtual sales conversations.

Requirements

Base Salary: $50,000 annually (paid weekly).

On-Target Earnings: $100,000 β $120,000+.

Commission Structure: Uncapped commission paid monthly.

High volume of inbound, pre-qualified leads.

Top performers can scale earnings significantly based on volume and close rate.

Full-time position.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.

Hours: 2:00 PM β 11:00 PM EST (with scheduled break).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct structured, consultative sales calls with prospective clients.

Identify client needs and align them with the appropriate tutoring solution.

Confidently present pricing and handle objections.

Close deals and collect payment during or shortly after the call.

Ensure a smooth handoff to the client success and tutoring teams.

Maintain accurate tracking of sales activity and performance metrics.

Continuously improve sales approach through training and feedback.
