Role Description

We are seeking a motivated, coachable, and results-driven Entry Level Sales Representative who is passionate about sales and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
• Conduct daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to build a strong pipeline
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Executive Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong interest in building a career in sales
• Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and improve quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Experience with cold calling, presentations, or CRM tools like Salesforce
• Exposure to B2B sales or technical products

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
• Performance-based bonus and commission
