Role Description

Berry Law is looking for a Sales Representative who thrives in a competitive, mission-driven environment and is passionate about helping prospective clients take the next step toward protecting their freedom, family, and future.

The Sales Representative converts prospective clients into Berry Law clients by delivering a white-glove intake and consultation experience, building trust quickly, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role ensures potential clients feel heard, respected, and confident that Berry Law will fight for them.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets while consistently converting qualified leads into retained clients.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up to maximize every conversion opportunity.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activity to ensure a strong and reliable sales pipeline.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Proven success in sales or other competitive environments
• Experience in customer service, sales, athletics, or leadership roles
• Comfortable working with sales metrics and performance targets
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

Preferred

• Military member, veteran, spouse, dependent, or relative
• Experience using CRM systems
• Prior intake or client-facing sales experience
