Role Description
We’re looking for multiple results-driven Sales Representatives to help expand Aura’s footprint across the U.S. You’ll be selling to aesthetic clinics, plastic surgeons, medspas, dermatologists, and beauty professionals—introducing them to the next generation of consultations technology. This role blends hustle, heart, and a sharp commercial mind. You’ll be the face of Aura for new customers and a trusted partner for those who join our journey.

Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the sales strategy, ensuring aggressive expansion and market penetration.

Hands-On Sales Execution: Lead by example by directly engaging with key customers, negotiating deals, and personally closing high-value contracts.

Team Leadership & Coaching: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team while fostering a results-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Deep Knowledge of Aesthetic industry: Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the aesthetic, medical device, or beauty industry.

Compensation

Base salary: $110K.
