Role Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised Sales Progressor to manage property transactions from sale agreed through to completion. The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping transactions moving, maintaining regular communication with all parties in the chain and ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service throughout the process. This is a busy, communication-led role suited to someone who is confident managing multiple transactions, building strong relationships and proactively identifying and resolving potential delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property sales from sale agreed through to exchange and completion
• Liaise with clients regularly and provide clear, proactive updates on the progress of their sale
• Maintain consistent communication with solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage advisors, buyers, sellers and other estate agents within the chain
• Ensure all parties are aware of key milestones, outstanding actions and required timescales
• Proactively chase outstanding documentation, enquiries, mortgage updates, searches and other information required to progress transactions
• Identify potential delays or issues within the chain and escalate these to the appropriate team member where necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the sales progression process
• Update and maintain the sales progression platform and CRM
• Use Alto to manage and update property and transaction information
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service from start to finish, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their transaction
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support the wider team with relevant administrative and telephone duties when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing or a closely related property role
• Experience using Alto is highly desirable
• Previous experience within the UK property market is preferred
• Strong understanding of the property sales process from sale agreed through to completion
• Confident communicating with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, buyers and sellers
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing a busy pipeline and multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proactive approach to chasing, problem-solving and keeping transactions moving
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
• Confident working independently while remaining closely connected to the wider team
