Qualifications

• A strong track record in B2B sales and business development
• Confidence in managing a full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing
• Mastery of CRM tools (we use HubSpot)—you know your pipeline, follow-ups, and data hygiene like the back of your hand
• A relationship-first approach and ability to spot real client needs
• Bonus points if you've sold into industries like building services, cleaning, recycling/waste, or construction

Requirements

• Location: Remote but you must live in Denver Metro or Southern California.
• You'll travel occasionally for client meetings and events (1–2 nights/month, occasionally more when needed).

Benefits

• Compensation: Base + commission, with no cap.
• The more you grow our business, the more you grow your earnings.
• OTE: 200K+
• Base: 75K
