Standardize best practices across markets and align teams on clear sales methodology

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales training, sales leadership, or performance coaching in high-pressure environments

Demonstrated success in improving KPIs such as conversion rates, average deal size, and revenue per rep

Strong background in consultative and high-stakes sales environments

Excellent English communication and presentation skills (C2 level)

Ability to deliver direct, constructive, and performance-oriented feedback

Deep understanding of sales psychology, negotiation, and closing strategies
