Role Description

The Sales Operations Specialist is a core member of Aspire Technology Partners' Sales Operations department, serving as the operational link between the Sales organization, vendor partners, and internal delivery teams throughout the quote-to-cash process. This individual works across multiple web-based vendor and internal systems to:

• Build accurate technical configurations
• Secure competitive and special pricing
• Generate and revise customer quotes
• Process bookings with precision in NetSuite

The role also acts as a front-line resource for resolving customer-related issues, coordinating with Account Managers, engineering teams, and vendor contacts to keep orders and pricing accurate from initial quote through fulfillment.

• Ability to maintain a high level of professional, clear communication with stakeholders at every level of the organization

Essential duties and responsibilities may include the following:

• Technical Configuration and Bill of Materials
• Price Deviations, Special Pricing, and Deal Registrations
• Quoting
• Order Processing and Fulfillment
• Vendor and Distributor Coordination
• CRM/ERP Data Integrity
• Customer Service and Issue Resolution
• Process Improvement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in office, supply chain or sales environment
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, quoting, or a related role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word or similar tools
• Knowledge of NetSuite, QuoteWerks, Cisco Systems tools and processes preferred
