[Hiring] Sales Operations Specialist @MarketStar

Role Description

MarketStar is currently hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support a strategic alliance between IBM and Google Cloud. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of a co-sell field engagement program, helping drive collaboration between IBM and Google Cloud sales teams.

Location: US Remote (Eastern or Central Time preferred)

What Will You Do?

• Manage and maintain the joint IBM and Google Cloud opportunity pipeline.
• Track net-new, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
• Register and manage opportunities through Google Partner Advantage.
• Drive Google Marketplace opportunity tracking and reporting.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and analytics.
• Ensure lead qualification and CRM governance in Google Salesforce (Vector).
• Coordinate account alignment and deal progression with IBM and Google stakeholders.
• Support joint GTM execution from opportunity identification through closure.
• Provide Level 1 enablement and operational support to sellers.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management.
• Experience managing enterprise sales pipelines.
• Strong Salesforce/CRM administration and reporting skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Cloud technology, partner ecosystem, or marketplace experience preferred.
