[Hiring] Sales Operations Specialist @Array Technologies

Role Description

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Array Technologies, Inc., you will provide critical support to our sales team and overall business success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating RFP responses and proposals
• Maintaining the CRM system
• Occasional travel and evening/weekend hours may be required
• Supporting the Sales team under periodic supervision
• Working with team members to solve defined, routine day-to-day issues
• Coordinating tasks for Engineering and ensuring CRM data integrity
• Participating in weekly meetings with Sales counterparts to manage priorities
• Coordinating with various teams to facilitate accurate utility-scale project quotations
• Reviewing RFPs and creating response tasks for Sales, Engineering, and Logistics
• Promptly responding to Sales and customer inquiries
• Enhancing relationships with senior internal/external partners
• Reviewing Sales proposals for accuracy
• Registering spare parts sales orders into SAP
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years working experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
• 1+ year of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service
• 1+ year of experience in sales quoting and contractual pricing
• 1+ year of experience with sales RFP and proposal creation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline (preferred)
• Basic familiarity with the solar or renewables industry (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, math, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
• Proficiency with a second language (preferred)
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a commitment to customer service
• Ability to work across multiple organizations in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• High level of integrity and work ethic
