Role Description
LG Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to run the commercial operations backbone of our Smart Factory Solutions business in North America. This is an individual contributor role within the Smart Factory Solutions sales organization. The Sales Operations Manager owns quote and proposal document preparation, contract and supplier registration administration, pricing tools, and pipeline reporting, so that the sales team can spend its time with customers.

Our customers are manufacturing and logistics operations across various sectors including automotive and EV, battery, semiconductor and electronics, logistics and fulfillment, aerospace and defense, industrial machinery, and other discrete manufacturing sectors.

Pricing decisions and customer commitments remain with sales leadership.
Responsibilities

Quotes, Proposals, and Pricing Tools:

Prepare quotes and proposal documents for sales leadership approval using standard templates, and manage version control and submission.

Maintain the price book, quote templates, and margin reporting tools, including exchange rate and cost input updates from headquarters.

Track RFI and RFQ deadlines and deliverables across all open opportunities and drive internal inputs to completion on time.

Contracts, Registrations, and Customer Systems:

Administer NDAs, master agreements, and contract amendments through internal legal and signature processes.

Manage supplier registrations, customer procurement portals, and compliance questionnaires including sustainability and information security submissions.

Coordinate customer system account setup and access for internal and headquarters team members.

Pipeline, Reporting, and Order Administration:

Maintain the opportunity pipeline and produce weekly pipeline, forecast, and activity reports for sales leadership and headquarters.

Process purchase orders, track invoicing milestones with Program Management and Finance, and maintain order documentation.

Maintain the sales team's shared document structure, meeting records, and action tracking.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience:
-
5+ years in sales operations, sales support, contract administration, or customer account administration for an industrial or manufacturing supplier.

Experience with customer procurement portals and supplier registration processes for large manufacturers.

Experience administering NDAs and commercial contracts through legal and signature workflows.

Experience supporting a sales team with quotes, pricing tools, and pipeline reporting.

Experience working with overseas headquarters teams across time zones (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

Advanced Excel including pricing models, lookups, and scenario tables.

Strong process discipline, accuracy, and deadline management across many parallel items.

Clear written communication for customer facing documents and internal reporting.

Proficiency with CRM or project tracking tools.
