[Hiring] Sales Operations Coordinator @ASSA ABLOY

Role Description

Baldwin Hardware has an exciting job opportunity to support the expanded Sales Operations team specifically for the Luxury business. This role requires analytical and data-driven reporting as a primary focus to drive the support and expansion of this team. The reporting will be based heavily on Power BI and Excel and will require the creation of customer and product segment-based reporting and analysis. This role will support collaborative needs across departments, standardize financial reporting, maintain agency processes, and support the standardized display system and forecasting process. This role will be remote and may require occasional travel.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• National Account & Agency Support (30%)
  • Commission processing both SACM & POS for agencies
  • POS detail by Vendor & Agency (TND, Ferguson, etc.)
  • Display ROI report
  • Sales segment report for monthly Sales Review
• Display Program Support (25%)
  • Support Sales Analyst in regular maintenance and management of customer and team database
  • Participate in regular display project review process and support movement through process
• eCommerce & MAP Review (20%)
  • Monitor automated price scraping reports and MAP email inquiries to identify and contact violators
  • Support the communication of violation process, violation letters, and do not sell notices
  • Work with sales team to identify issues and bridge communication gaps to eCommerce customers
  • Liaison to third party eCommerce firm to support marketplace disruption and communication
• Programming & Tracking (15%)
  • Support Sales Analyst in programs like PPP contracts, Forte programming, and co-op reimbursement
  • Assist in annual update and communication of agency contracts
• SFDC Functional Support (10%)
  • Baldwin lead for all maintenance and account updates needed
  • Work with SFDC program and IT for updates and fixes as needed
  • Coordinates all FG and employee purchase orders with Customer Service

Qualifications

• Secondary education in Business or related field preferred
• Education and/or professional experience with Power BI and similar analytical tools
• 1 – 2 years direct experience in sales or marketing
• A background including data mining and/or data management

Requirements

• Business acumen and basic finance skills
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership skills, including emotional intelligence and professional maturity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
