[Hiring] Sales Operations Analyst @Atlassian

Role Description

At Atlassian, we are on a mission to reinvent the customer experience. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be integral to this by working directly with our Sales Ops teams, the sales field, and other supporting organizations to optimize customer engagements.

• Manage centralized ticket requests for specific topic areas.
• Align with select Sales Operations Manager (SOM) teams to support functions across key groups.
• Master centralized ticket resolution and support recurring processes.
• Partner closely with SOM teams to optimize and automate day-to-day operations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment with sharp analytical acumen.
• Present insights with clarity and confidence to leadership.

Qualifications

• Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with multiple teams relying on you.

• Strong communication skills to create compelling presentations and lead data deep-dives.
• Experience leveraging success plans to align goals and identify success metrics.
• Love partnering and influencing other teams in cross-team initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of the sales operating model and customer lifecycle.
• Process improvement knowhow: ability to enhance business processes.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B company.
