[Hiring] Sales & Marketing | Director of National Accounts @Fontainebleau Florida Hotel

Role Description

The Director of National Accounts will manage the Group sales process. In addition, the Director of National Accounts is directly responsible for managing an existing base of prospects and growing market share by acquiring new clients and developing new business opportunities for both corporate and association business. We are seeking professional and self-motivated candidates with strong sales and marketing expertise.

• Sales efforts to achieve budgetary goals, meeting monthly booking goals and hotel revenue guidelines for the assigned Market Segment.
• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed goals through telephone solicitation, CVENT, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
• Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance.
• Participate in daily business review meetings, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required.
• Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings.
• Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.
• Work with other departments within the hotel to provide outstanding quality service to customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
