Role Description
As a Sales/Business Development professional in the AdTech domain, you will:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and revenue across mobile app marketing channels.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through multiple channels, including outbound outreach, networking, and industry events.

Initiate, structure, and negotiate impactful partnerships with direct advertisers and premium traffic sources.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the ad-tech space to refine our offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams (traffic, account management, and marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution and maximum client satisfaction.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales targets while delivering accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.
Qualifications

3β5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the mobile/online marketing or ad-tech industry.

Solid understanding of the app marketing ecosystem, user acquisition, performance marketing, and app monetization.

Genuine industry connections and the ability to quickly build trust with clients and partners.

Experience managing large customer portfolios and handling full sales cycles (prospecting to closing).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High proficiency in English (both oral and written); additional languages are a strong plus.

Independent, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for key industry conferences and important client meetings.
