Role Description

As a Sales or Business Development professional in the AdTech domain, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to grow RmediaAds’ client base and revenue across mobile app marketing channels.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads through multiple channels, including outbound outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Initiating, structuring, and negotiating impactful partnerships with direct advertisers and premium traffic sources.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the ad-tech space to refine our offerings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (traffic, account management, and marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales targets while delivering accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the mobile/online marketing or ad-tech industry.
  • Solid understanding of the app marketing ecosystem, user acquisition, performance marketing, and app monetization.
  • Genuine industry connections and the ability to quickly build trust with clients and partners.
  • Experience managing large customer portfolios and handling full sales cycles (prospecting to closing).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in English (both oral and written); additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key industry conferences and important client meetings.
