Role Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of the companyโ€™s iGaming platform solutions to online casino and sportsbook operators. The role requires hands-on experience in selling complex platform products and managing the full B2B sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.

  • Build relationships with operators, present platform capabilities, and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
  • Participate in major iGaming industry conferences and exhibitions to develop new business connections and expand the companyโ€™s partner network.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, client outreach, product presentations, and preparation of commercial offers.
  • Activate new prospects and re-engage existing contacts while maintaining consistent communication through meetings and digital channels.
  • Work with CRM systems to track opportunities and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine the sales process and improve the overall customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of selling B2B solutions within the iGaming industry, working with online casino or sportsbook operators.
  • Hands-on experience selling platform-based products such as turnkey casino platforms, game aggregation systems, sportsbook platforms, or similar technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, providers, aggregators, and key market dynamics.
  • Participation in major international conferences and exhibitions such as ICE, SiGMA, SBC, or similar events.
  • Fluent English.
  • Confident use of CRM systems, sales pipeline management tools, and basic business software such as Excel, Word, and presentation tools.
  • Willingness to travel for international business trips and industry events; EU passport, visa, or residency is considered an advantage.
