Role Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of the companyโs iGaming platform solutions to online casino and sportsbook operators. The role requires hands-on experience in selling complex platform products and managing the full B2B sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.

Build relationships with operators, present platform capabilities, and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.

Participate in major iGaming industry conferences and exhibitions to develop new business connections and expand the companyโs partner network.

Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, client outreach, product presentations, and preparation of commercial offers.

Activate new prospects and re-engage existing contacts while maintaining consistent communication through meetings and digital channels.

Work with CRM systems to track opportunities and sales performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine the sales process and improve the overall customer journey.
Qualifications

Proven track record of selling B2B solutions within the iGaming industry, working with online casino or sportsbook operators.

Hands-on experience selling platform-based products such as turnkey casino platforms, game aggregation systems, sportsbook platforms, or similar technology solutions.

Strong knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, providers, aggregators, and key market dynamics.

Participation in major international conferences and exhibitions such as ICE, SiGMA, SBC, or similar events.

Fluent English.

Confident use of CRM systems, sales pipeline management tools, and basic business software such as Excel, Word, and presentation tools.

Willingness to travel for international business trips and industry events; EU passport, visa, or residency is considered an advantage.
