Role Description
The Sales Manager Norway is based remotely in Norway (near Oslo) and travels regularly across the country to visit customers and partners. The jobholder will accelerate growth by:

Understanding existing/unmet customer needs

Supporting and developing our distributors and strategic partners

Building strong relationships with engineering consultants (E&C) and end users

Gaining deeper insights into the competitive landscape

Effectively positioning Hach and our solutions in the Norwegian market
A typical day will look like:

Building and managing strong relationships with Norwegian channel partners
-
Driving indirect sales revenue by developing joint business plans and monitoring partner performance
-
Providing partners with sales support, product training, and marketing resources
-
Collaborating with Nordic and global sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver aligned go-to-market strategies

Delivering accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
-
Ensuring partners comply with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical guidelines
-
Traveling extensively across Norway for customer and partner meetings
-
Running all sales activities using the CRM system (Salesforce / SFDC)
-
Building and executing a regional sales plan aligned with business objectives
Qualifications

Proven track record of B2B sales success in the Norwegian water sector (channel or indirect sales experience is an advantage)

Fluent Norwegian and English (spoken and written)

Experience working in performance-driven, multinational environments with strong focus on KPIs, forecasting, reporting, CRM (SFDC), and data-driven decision making

Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Norway and occasionally Europe

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
