[Hiring] Sales Manager DACH @Beaulieu International Group

Role Description

At Distriplast, part of Beaulieu International Group, you will take ownership of our commercial growth and customer base across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As Sales Manager DACH, you will combine strong business development skills with technical expertise to build lasting customer partnerships and help shape value that lasts through innovative reusable packaging and polypropylene corrugated sheet solutions serving a wide range of industrial markets worldwide.

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the DACH region, aligned with Distriplast's growth ambitions.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers within targeted industrial markets, with a strong focus on business development.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across purchasing, logistics, packaging, engineering and operations teams.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
• Understand customer supply chain, packaging and logistics challenges and translate them into practical, value-added solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical, engineering and production teams.
• Lead customer projects from concept development through industrial implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities across the DACH region.
• Represent Distriplast at trade fairs, conferences and industry events, while providing market insights and sales feedback to management.

Qualifications

• You bring at least 15 years of successful B2B sales experience within German industrial markets.
• You have a proven track record in new business development, strategic account acquisition and solution selling.
• You understand industrial customer processes and can translate technical requirements into commercially viable solutions.
• You are an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional with strong negotiation skills, a hunter mentality and the ability to work autonomously.
• You are fluent in German and English. French is considered an advantage.
• You ideally have experience in industrial packaging (reusable, automotive, ...), polypropylene corrugated sheets, or related materials.
