[Hiring] Sales Manager @Illinois Tool Works

Role Description

We're hiring a Sales Manager — Middle East. Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves building markets, owning a region, and turning opportunity into growth?

This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role where you’ll shape the market, grow our distributor network, win strategic projects, and represent Foster & Gamko across the Middle East region.

• Own regional commercial performance across the Middle East for Foster and Gamko
• Grow and support distributors, consultants and design offices
• Identify and secure new business across retail refrigeration and key accounts
• Manage projects end‑to‑end — from specification to quotation to delivery
• Build strong customer relationships with distributors, consultants and end users
• Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts and provide market intelligence

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience
• A track record of sales growth in the Middle East
• Experience managing distributors and key accounts
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and able to quickly comprehend complex information and numerical data
• Fluency in English and Arabic nice to have
• Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems
• A growth‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to build opportunities from scratch
• Demonstrated cultural agility and the ability to adapt your approach to effectively work with diverse cultures and stakeholders across the region
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or refrigeration equipment will be appreciated.

Requirements

• Home‑based in the Middle East region
• Reports to the Export Director
• High‑travel field role (50–70%)
