Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen market presence in Korea's animal nutrition industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving sales growth and expanding market presence across Korea.
• Developing and executing country sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
• Identifying market opportunities through customer and industry insights.
• Collaborating closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Supporting distributor capability development through sales and product training.
• Leading commercial initiatives, product launches, and market development programs.
• Maintaining accurate market intelligence and sales reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven sales management experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, livestock production, or a related agribusiness sector.
• Strong distributor management and key account development experience.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and translate strategy into results.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international business environment.
