[Hiring] Sales Manager @Sol-Millennium Medical

Role Description

This role will be responsible for providing field visit, clinical service and product promotional support for the existing distributors in Vietnam. The candidate should have a good understanding and command of distributors’ business situations while working with them to obtain more milestone accounts to achieve more sales, establishing Sol-M as a solid brand in the Vietnam market. More importantly, he/she will provide market intelligence to the Sol-M product portfolio and explore, establish diverse channels for them, bringing in new revenues to achieve market targets. In the later stage, he/she will also take sales responsibility for more APAC markets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, especially in medication delivery technologies such as injection, infusion, and other healthcare disposables.
• Product knowledge: present clearly the features and benefits of the technologies to potential customers and distributors.
• Understanding of the value chain in the healthcare industry.
• Presentation skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Self-starter and self-motivator capable of working independently.
• Balanced strategic and tactical perspective on business.
