Role Description
Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will be responsible for leading and managing an SMB sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role involves achieving sales goals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market and industry we serve.

Lead and Manage a Sales Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Develop Sales Strategies:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

Drive Revenue Growth:
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.

Build Customer Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer needs and concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with internal teams (SDRs, Onboarding, Marketing, Enablement) to develop and execute sales enablement materials, enhance cooperation between AEs and their paired SDRs or Onboarding Specialists, drive promotional strategies, and more.

Monitor Sales Performance:
Track and analyze sales metrics and forecasts, generate reports, and present findings to senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS sales. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and training programs.
Qualifications

You have 2+ years of experience in sales management and/or team leadership.

You have 5+ years full cycle sales experience selling complex software solutions (Bonus points for payments/fintech-related experience).

You are passionate about the beauty industry and helping small businesses become more efficient and profitable.

You are process-oriented and data-oriented, with the desire to consistently improve processes and drive sales to new heights.

For U.S. based candidates, the anticipated base salary of this role is $120,000 + $120,000 OTC.
