[Hiring] Sales Manager @EMCD

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive and grow our sales operations across the APAC region . This role focuses on expanding market presence, building client relationships, and increasing revenue within the crypto mining and blockchain space.

• Develop and execute sales strategy for the APAC region
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients (miners, partners, blockchain companies)
• Manage and grow the regional sales pipeline
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, finance)
• Drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance
• Contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales
• 3+ years in team management
• Experience in crypto / blockchain / mining / fintech is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of the APAC market
• Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
