Als Performance Marketing Agency sorgen wir dafür, dass Marketingbudgets nicht verpuffen, sondern profitabel skalieren. Wir liefern messbaren Impact – von Wachstum über Effizienz bis hin zu klaren KPIs. Wir bauen aktuell unsere Sales Unit in Deutschland weiter aus und erschließen im nächsten Schritt mit neuen Performance-Marketing-Lösungen internationale Märkte. Werde Teil dieses Wachstumsschritts und entwickle mit uns neue Umsatzpotenziale.

• Marktentwicklung: Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden im DACH-Markt und unterstützt perspektivisch den Ausbau internationaler Regionen.
• Close the Deal: Von der Kaltakquise bis zum Abschluss – Du managst den gesamten Sales-Cycle.
• Beratung auf Augenhöhe: Du verstehst die Pain Points der Kunden (Wachstum, CAC/CPA, ROAS, Skalierung, Tracking) und lieferst Fakten statt Marketing-Blabla.
• Lösungs-Sales: Du positionierst neue Performance-Angebote strategisch im Markt und identifizierst früh neue Nachfragepotenziale.
• Prozess-Design: Du entwickelst Strategien, wie wir international gewinnen.

Qualifications

• Deutsch & Englisch (Must-have): Du bist sicher auf Deutsch (Muttersprachniveau) und verhandlungssicher auf Englisch.
• Vertriebs-DNA: Egal ob 2 oder 20 Jahre Erfahrung - Du liebst den Abschluss und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich.
• Klartext: Du kommunizierst direkt, hörst aktiv zu und bist authentisch.
• Tech-Affinität: Du hast Lust auf MarTech/Performance-Umfeld und CRM (HubSpot).
• Opportunity Mindset: Du erkennst Marktchancen schnell und kannst neue Lösungen überzeugend positionieren.
