Role Description
We are searching for a results-driven Tech Sales Manager to help expand our client base and build long-term relationships with startups and enterprises in the US market. Youโll play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling engineering services, AI-powered product development, and team augmentation solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in IT sales, understands technical concepts, and knows how to convert conversations into deals.
Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT and software development sector.

Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients โ from early-stage startups to enterprise-level partners.

Present and promote Bolder Appsโ services, including staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and end-to-end engineering solutions.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring winโwin outcomes for both clients and the company.

Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.

Track KPIs, maintain an accurate pipeline, prepare sales reports, and provide reliable revenue forecasts.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in Tech Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (preferably in software development, outsourcing, or staff augmentation).

Strong understanding of IT services, software development processes, and key technical terminology โ ability to speak both business and tech.

Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing deals in global markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication; knowledge of Arabic is a significant plus.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and consistently meet targets.

Familiarity with modern CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
