We’re expanding our national sales team and looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager in Dallas who brings energy, ownership, and a genuine drive to win. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 3+ years of outside sales experience (legal or healthcare preferred)
• Strong track record of building and growing B2B relationships
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and pipeline generation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• High energy, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
• CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics or similar required)
• Reliable transportation for local travel to meet with clients

Requirements

• Build and grow strategic relationships with trial attorneys and law firms across the Dallas market
• Drive new business through outreach, networking, and consistent pipeline development
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and ongoing partnership growth
• Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate Synergy’s value
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience
