Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Client is seeking a motivated and sales-focused Virtual Assistant to support a used car dealership with:

• Lead generation
• Lead qualification
• Online listings
• Customer communication
• Sales follow-up

The VA will manage inquiries through Facebook and OfferUp, identify potential buyers, qualify leads, assist with listings, and follow up with prospects to help move transactions toward completion.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A strong sales mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• The initiative to identify new ways to generate leads and increase listings
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to create customer responses and simple automated workflows

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer outreach, or virtual assistance preferred
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to confidently follow up and push opportunities toward completion
• Experience using Facebook and OfferUp for buying, selling, or marketplace listings
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Fluent Spanish communication skills required
• Clear, professional, and confident speaking voice
• Comfortable making occasional calls to prospects
• Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for customer communication
• Comfortable creating reusable AI-generated responses or basic custom GPT setups
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify new sales and listing opportunities
• Organized and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups independently
• Strong attention to detail when creating listings and communicating vehicle information
