[Hiring] Sales Executive West Public Sector @Strada

Role Description

Your role as a Workday Public HCM Solutions Sales Executive (West Coast Region) is responsible for supporting the East Coast Public Sector Sales Executives in selling Strada’s HCM & Payroll Administration outsourcing services to Workday’s prospect & customer base within a given geographic territory.

• Create external demand in Workday’s prospect & customer base to evaluate Strada’s outsourcing offerings by leveraging the Workday technology platform.
• Participate in selling services that drive a strategic solution for Workday customers.
• Coordinate selling efforts with the customer team and operate at all organization levels where Workday & Strada’s solution is purchased and influenced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Advanced Degree is preferred and/or equivalent work-related experience and success.

Requirements

• 7-10 years direct selling experience with demonstrated sales/solutions success in the areas of HR, Payroll or Benefits outsourcing.
• Experience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employees.
• Excellent selling and sales strategy skills, including the ability to close opportunities.
