[Hiring] Sales Executive @Level - Virtual Staffing

Role Description

This is a remote position.

What this role really is:

• You'll own the entire client sales journey—from the moment a business owner contacts Level through a referral or submits an inquiry through our website until they become a client.
• This is not an outbound prospecting or lead generation role.
• Instead, you'll build trust, understand each client's hiring needs, recommend the right solution, and guide them confidently through the sales process.

What you’ll own:

• Serve as the first and primary point of contact for inbound inquiries from referrals and website sign-ups.
• Respond promptly to new client inquiries and qualify opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand each client's business, hiring goals, and staffing needs.
• Present Level's recruiting process, pricing, services, and value proposition.
• Build trust with prospective clients and confidently guide them through the buying process.
• Handle client questions, concerns, and objections.
• Follow up consistently with qualified prospects until opportunities are won or lost.
• Prepare and send service agreements and guide new clients through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, and pipeline updates.
• Check in with existing clients to identify additional hiring opportunities.
• Generate new business primarily through referrals, networking, and relationship building—not cold outreach.
• Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and additional referrals.
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless transition after a client signs.

What success looks like:

• Consistently converts qualified inbound inquiries into paying clients.
• Maintains a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-up.
• Builds lasting client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Delivers a professional, consultative sales experience from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Allows the CEO to step away from day-to-day sales conversations while maintaining growth.

Qualifications

• A relationship-based closer who enjoys helping business owners solve hiring challenges.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Someone who asks great discovery questions and listens well.
• Confident in presenting pricing and handling objections.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Organized enough to manage multiple clients and opportunities.
• Open to coaching and continuous improvement.
• Someone who represents Level with professionalism and integrity.

Schedule

• M-F, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET (M-F, 9:00 pm - 6:00 am MNL)
