[Hiring] Sales Executive @Fusion Growth Partners

Role Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking very high-level sales executives to sell the best opportunity for Residential Real Estate Agents who want to truly scale their personal production and teams.

Your Mission: Start a Life-changing Conversation

• Begin with a focused inside sales approach, identifying potential new business investment partnerships.
• Engage in outreach conversations that can be LIFE-CHANGING for real estate agents.

Based on your level of outreach and sales skills, you have 2 opportunities:

• Lead Generation:
  • High volume of cold-call outreach to initiate conversations.
  • Identify real estate agents motivated to grow their business.
  • Introduce them to a Partnership Executive for further qualification.
  • Starts with an hourly rate of pay; pay range is $900-$1200 USD/month.
• Executive Appointment Setting:
  • For our ELITE outreach team with STRONG sales skills.
  • Engage in compelling conversations and advocate for Fusion.
  • Follow up and nurture leads; schedule meetings on Executive’s calendars.
  • Pay range is $1500-$6000 USD/month.

This is not an easy job and is only for those who desire to be challenged and want to develop their skills as a businessperson.

Qualifications

• Polished professional with highly effective communication skills.
• Persuasive but not "salesy"; comfortable with difficult conversations.
• Ability to tackle challenges head-on and present ideas confidently.
• Thrive in sales; willing to make calls and follow up consistently.
• Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement.
• Experience in residential real estate is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Possess a "fanatical obsession" with Business Development, Prospecting, and effective sales.
• Highly professional in appearance, dress, and action.
• Willing to follow company systems and processes.
• Able to work autonomously with little or no supervision.
• Very comfortable and confident in presenting concepts and ideas.
• A true servant leader with an authentic and genuine personality.
• Fluent in English without needing a script.
• Great communicator, comfortable selling in the U.S. Market.
