[Hiring] Sales Executive @Prime Therapeutics

Role Description

The Sales Executive develops and executes sales and marketing strategies to attract new groups within the Blue Plan market to attain member growth. This position leads the pharmacy sales process including the Request For Proposal (RFP) process, contract negotiations, site visits and follow up meetings.

A strong preference to candidates who live in Washington or Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Assistant Vice Presidents, Employer Account Directors, and the sales team to drive joint Administrative Services Only (ASO) sales and member growth for Prime and the assigned Plan(s).
• Lead/co-lead prospecting activities with employer groups and consultants along with pipeline development/management and post bid discussions.
• Establish and maintain relationship with Salesforce and the account management teams at Plan(s).
• Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the company and our products and services, the market, the competition, and opportunities.
• Educate client sales, marketing, and account management teams on current topics in the industry, new product developments, and the competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with internal leaders and executives to develop message positioning, prospect development efforts and collateral needs from a sales perspective.
• Execute Go-to-Market meetings as needed with assigned Blue Plan(s) to review results and execute on plans in collaboration with Health Plan Markets leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED required.
• 7 years of work experience gaining operational knowledge of PBM organizations to include 5 years of PBM or sales experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

• Exceptional ability to evaluate and create opportunities, develop effective selling messages, presentations and proposals.
• Excellent communication, internal and external relationship development skills.
• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Benefits

• Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000.00 - $184,000.00 based on experience and skills.
