Role Description
The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for equipping our sales and business development teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve sales productivity, optimize the sales process, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our sales organization.

Develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive enablement programs for new and existing sales team members, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and company processes.

Create and update onboarding materials, training manuals, and e-learning modules.

Conduct ongoing training sessions, workshops, and webinars to reinforce learning and address skill gaps.

Develop and maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Assist in the implementation and adoption of sales technologies and tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms).

Track and analyze key sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

Prepare and present reports on sales enablement activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.

Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights.

Develop content to enhance prospecting skills, deal progression, closing, and forecasting.

Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product, and other departments to align sales enablement efforts with overall business objectives.

Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve enablement programs and resources.

Support call coaching, call scorecards, and best-practice sharing.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.

2-3 years Sales Experience.

Strong interest in sales, sales enablement, or revenue operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly.

Creating content for diverse learning styles.
Requirements

Compensation: 50,000 USD - 65,000 USD.
