[Hiring] Sales Enablement Manager @UnitedHealth Group

Role Description

This role provides dedicated sales enablement execution for the Optum Financial Provider Products distribution organization. Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations, the Sales Enablement Manager will develop practical sales playbooks, training materials, launch readiness resources, compliance guidance, and seller communications that help provider-facing teams execute consistently across provider banking, payments, lending, and future financial solutions.

The role is intentionally focused on:

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, product marketing, commercial execution, sales operations, or related roles
• Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and leverage AI to improve productivity and quality
• Experience developing sales playbooks, training materials, product guides, seller communications, or launch readiness resources
• Experience working with sales teams, product teams, marketing teams, compliance partners, and operational stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex products, processes, and compliance requirements into practical field guidance
• Must be willing and able to travel appropriately 10%-25% of the time as business needs dictate

Requirements

• Healthcare, financial services, banking, lending, payments, fintech, or revenue cycle experience
• Experience supporting provider-facing commercial teams or regulated products
• Experience coordinating training, certification, or launch readiness for distributed sales teams
• Experience with CRM, SharePoint, Teams, learning tools, or enablement platforms
• Experience capturing customer or field feedback and translating insights into enablement improvements
