[Hiring] Sales Enablement Associate @Huron

Role Description

As a member of the Huron corporate team, you’ll help to evolve our business model to stay ahead of market forces, industry trends and client needs. The Sales Enablement Associate serves as a primary resource supporting growth enablement activities across France, the UK, and broader Europe. This role partners closely with business development leaders, sellers, and the US GET team to develop and manage RFPs, proposals, orals presentations, and sales collateral for Huron’s commercial pursuits.

• Collaborate with opportunity teams to manage simple RFPs, proposals, orals, and collateral.
• Structure kick-off and review meetings.
• Develop timelines to support deadlines.
• Contribute to writing and content development.
• Coordinate stakeholders to meet established milestones.
• Escalate risks or barriers as appropriate.
• Support the US GET prospecting team with outreach, events, and other prospecting activities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of three years of experience managing, writing, and coordinating proposals, orals presentations, or sales collateral.
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, writing, formatting, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and incorporate feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Bachelor-level degree.

Requirements

• Lead RFPs, proposals, orals presentations, and collateral development.
• Partner with opportunity owners, business development leaders, and sellers.
• Complete kick-off tasks and manage administrative aspects of proposal development.
• Proactively manage RFP, proposal, and orals presentation development.
• Identify and address risks in a timely manner.
• Facilitate opportunity status meetings.
• Provide suggestions and feedback to opportunity team members.
• Complete compliance checks for RFP requirements.
• Facilitate approval, sign-off, and client delivery.
• Produce client-facing materials in both French and English.
• Adapt client-facing materials and communications in French as required.
• Contribute to internal team initiatives and team success.

Benefits

• Base salary estimated between €42,500 - €58,500.
• Total estimated compensation range including variable compensation is €48,875 - €67,275.
• Eligible for Huron's benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Participation in Huron's annual incentive compensation program.
