[Hiring] Sales Director - Collections Practice @CNX

Role Description

Concentrix is seeking to add a Sales Director to our F&A (Collections) practice for the North American sales theatre – Local sales with Global capability.

• Develop Collections solutions for clients that balance cost, efficiency, risk, and innovation.
• Navigate evolving regulatory structures, focusing on self-service, digital, and AI-powered solutions.
• Leverage established operational capabilities in the US and globally.
• Utilize AI for tracking delinquency, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving customer experience.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, and Practice SMEs for CXO-level engagements.
• Drive engagement with key client stakeholders and technical specialists in the Collections sphere.
• Possess a technical understanding of US compliance, Credit Risk, AI solutions, and operating models.
• Construct persuasive value propositions and work collaboratively across departments.

Qualifications

• A demonstrable number of years of Collections related sales or business development experience.
• Prior experience in the Contact Center industry with in-depth knowledge of the US Collections markets.
• Consultative selling experience with a proven track record in closing complex solutions.
• Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills with exceptional negotiation capabilities.
• Self-starter adept at thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication talents.
