[Hiring] Sales Director @Valatam

Role Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead Valatam’s Sales Department, drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, and build a consistent, scalable sales operation. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a 100% remote, full-time position for experienced sales leaders in Latin America.

This role is designed for a strategic, results-driven sales leader with a strong track record in outbound strategies, team accountability, and process optimization. Success in this role means building and managing a high-converting sales team, establishing predictable lead generation channels, and maintaining rigorous CRM discipline to consistently hit closing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Accountability: Set monthly targets, lead weekly performance reviews, provide direct call coaching, and hire, onboard, and develop representatives to build a top-tier sales team.
• Lead Generation & Sales Execution: Develop and refine multi-channel outbound strategies, test high-ROI prospecting campaigns, and actively manage priority deals from initial lead generation to final close.
• Process Optimization & Cadence: Document and enforce the entire end-to-end sales workflow—including lead qualification, discovery calls, proposals, follow-up deadlines, contract negotiations, and seamless client handoffs.
• CRM, KPIs & Reporting: Maintain complete accuracy in HubSpot, track team scorecards, forecast revenue, monitor channel-specific Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to executive leadership.
• Cross-Functional & Market Alignment: Collaborate with Client Success to continuously refine prospect qualification, stay ahead of industry trends, and represent Valatam at select U.S. industry conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Fluent English & Spanish (C1-C2 level required).
• Proven track record in remote B2B sales leadership, building outbound engines, and scaling teams.
• Strong expertise in outbound strategies, cold-calling frameworks, and rigorous pipeline management.
• Advanced HubSpot proficiency, data-driven mindset, and focus on CAC reduction and KPI accountability.
• Experience in BPO, nearshore staffing, or virtual assistant services preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
