Role Description

As Sales Director, you will drive the mission of expanding economic opportunity for underserved communities through technology leadership on a part-time basis at 20 hours per week, operating remotely from New York.

• During your initial 1-month probation, you will take ownership of revenue generation strategies.
• Engage with hundreds of employers who connect with the organization each year through industry conferences and convenings.
• Shape employer perceptions and practices around nontraditional talent.
• Position program graduates for sustainable career growth as application developers or business analysts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in management or team-building roles within the non-profit or technology sector.
• A strong track record in sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
• Alignment with the mission of creating pathways for underserved communities and nontraditional talent.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is USD 65–95 per hour.
