[Hiring] Sales Director @Exclaimer

Role Description

We're looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our APAC business. You'll own the region's revenue target and build Exclaimer's market presence across APAC. This is a senior leadership role spanning enterprise and commercial sales with accountability for revenue performance, pipeline growth, and commercial execution across APAC. You'll have real influence over how we build and execute in the region.

What You'll Do

• Revenue and commercial leadership
  • Own the APAC revenue target across enterprise and commercial segments with full accountability for pipeline, forecast, and delivery.
  • Identify and execute commercial strategies across pricing, positioning, and partnerships aligned to regional growth.
  • Coach and support the team on complex opportunities and engage directly where executive sponsorship adds value.
• Team leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop the APAC sales team while building a culture of accountability and sales excellence.
  • Establish a strong operating cadence across forecasting, deal reviews, and performance management.
• Channel and partner development
  • Build a tightly integrated direct and partner sales motion across APAC working closely with Channel leadership to drive partner sourced pipeline, co-sell opportunities, and regional growth.
• Customer and market development
  • Represent Exclaimer at regional industry events and partner days building relationships with customers and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B SaaS sales with regional or market ownership across APAC.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams with strong commercial and strategic acumen.
• Experience building successful direct and partner sales motions to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach.
