Role Description
Open new doors. Create demand. Win strategic CX and BPO deals with leading organisations. This is a high-impact enterprise sales role for a commercially sharp hunter who can turn senior-level conversations into qualified pipeline and profitable new contracts.
As a Sales Director, you will:
-
Build and execute a focused new-logo sales plan with target accounts, sectors, triggers, partner routes, and clear weekly activity discipline.
-
Initiate relationships and secure contracts with new customers that meet assigned sales quotas, profitability thresholds, and strategic fit.
-
Open doors, build pipeline from targeted accounts, create senior access, qualify hard, shape compelling solutions, and close complex deals.
-
Have the autonomy to shape your sales plan, engage C-level stakeholders, and bring together the right internal expertise to win.
Key responsibilities include:
-
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and executive engagement through qualification, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, and close.
-
Evaluating prospects against ideal-customer and winnability criteria, including commercial fit, urgency, decision process, and competitive position.
-
Presenting effectively to senior managers, C-level stakeholders, procurement teams, and operational decision-makers.
-
Crafting and leading compelling proposals, business cases, and RFP responses in collaboration with bid, solution, delivery, and product specialists.
-
Partnering with Account Management where appropriate to identify expansion opportunities while maintaining a clear focus on new-logo acquisition.
-
Maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasts, next-step ownership, and transparent pipeline reporting.
-
Contributing market insight to sales, marketing, and solution strategy, including competitor activity, macro trends, and client buying triggers.
Qualifications
-
A proven enterprise sales hunter with evidence of personally originated and closed new-logo deals.
-
Experience in selling BPO, CX, consulting, or another complex service proposition.
-
Credibility with C-suite and senior decision-makers, plus the confidence to challenge, consult, and sell value rather than features.
-
A network in the EMEA commercial market, or the ability to rapidly build one through disciplined targeting and executive outreach.
-
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets, develop new business, and grow strategic accounts where appropriate.
-
Experience with RFPs, business cases, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
-
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken.
-
Self-motivation, resilience, curiosity, and entrepreneurial ownership: you make things happen rather than waiting for leads.
Benefits
-
Autonomy to shape your market plan and influence the growth agenda.
-
Flexible working, including remote work and flexibility in how you organise your day.
-
Competitive salary package, with variable compensation aligned to sales success.
-
Health and welfare benefits, pension/retirement savings support, and employee discounts where applicable locally.
-
Career growth opportunities across a global portfolio of businesses and access to learning and training platforms.
-
A professional, informal working environment where individuality is noticed and valued.
