Role Description
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you'd lead sales efforts across Retail and Hospitality organizations. If you love owning complex, consultative sales pursuits and being a high-impact individual contributor, this role is for you.

Sell outcome-based consulting services to Retail and Hospitality organizations focused on implementing, optimizing, supporting, or expanding their HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP platforms.

Own and execute account strategies across Enterprise and Mid-Market Retailers, Restaurants, and Hospitality brands.

Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving HR, Operations, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership.

Conduct deep discovery to understand Retail and Hospitality specific workforce challenges, including:

High-volume and seasonal hiring

Scheduling complexity and labor cost control

Multi-location and multi-jurisdiction operations

Rapid growth, expansion, or transformation initiatives

Translate operational demands into a clear, quantified value narrative tied to labor efficiency, speed to productivity, and cost management.

Partner closely with Mosaic delivery leaders to create solution scope, phased roadmaps, business cases, and long-term technology strategies.

Identify expansion opportunities post-implementation across optimization, managed services, and additional transformation initiatives.

Maintain disciplined opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline hygiene within CRM.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in consultative sales, enterprise solution selling, or professional services sales.

Strong preference for experience selling into Retail and/or Hospitality organizations.

Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing executive-level buyers.

Experience selling:

Consulting services (implementation, optimization, managed services)

HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP solutions

Ability to articulate value around labor efficiency, scalability, operational agility, and workforce optimization.

Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Highly self-directed with the ability to manage multiple pursuits and long sales cycles.

Comfortable working fully remote with travel as required for client and partner engagement.
Requirements

A completed Bachelorβs degree from an accredited University (Nice to have).
