Role Description

The Director of Broker Sales & Community Relations is a strategic growth leader responsible for expanding CareMore Health’s Individual membership through high-impact broker partnerships and community-based engagement. This role blends sales leadership with a deep commitment to improving community health outcomes, ensuring that growth strategies are rooted in access, trust, and meaningful local relationships. This leader will drive broker performance, cultivate community alliances, and implement scalable sales practices that deliver sustainable, profitable growth while advancing CareMore Health’s mission to improve the health of the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national broker sales strategy to drive new membership growth, retention, and market expansion.
• Build and strengthen trusted relationships with brokers, community organizations, and local stakeholders to expand access to CareMore Health services.
• Design and execute growth-oriented sales and community engagement plans that align with population health priorities.
• Identify and implement best-in-class sales and support practices to optimize broker performance and ensure scalable, sustainable growth.
• Oversee community relations team ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and community needs.
• Champion community-based outreach efforts that connect underserved populations to care through broker and partner channels.
• Leverage data and insights to monitor sales performance, track growth opportunities, and continuously improve strategies and tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with CareMore Health’s care delivery model.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams by hiring, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with leadership responsibility in sales, healthcare, or managed care.
• Health plan or managed care experience required, with strong knowledge of broker distribution and Individual markets.
• Demonstrated success driving membership growth and building high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with a focus on community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare Advantage populations.
• Proven ability to integrate sales strategies with community health initiatives and population health outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-market or national broker strategies.

Compensation

$158,805.00 to $238,207.00
